Was just getting ready to send you an e-mail, and lo and behold, you beat me to the punch!

We sure enjoyed spending the afternoon with you - and we thank you so much for your help and your kindnesses. I told our Agent at C21Action Realty how great we think you are and how much we appreciated you. She was happy to know that we were in such good hands!

We put an offer on a lot in New Bern that we saw on Saturday - and when I just logged onto e-mail I see one from Connie that said our offer has been accepted - so I guess I should say we "purchased" a lot that we saw on Saturday!

Can't wait to share the details with you when we speak next - Pat has great plans for this property - I think we did very well.
